Specific engagements and deliverables will be governed by separate, mutually agreed Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific project contract, the project contract shall prevail.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website or platforms, you agree not to:

• Use our platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems, networks, or servers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, or the servers or networks connected to it.

4. Intellectual Property
